The youngest son of Emperor Gramis, Larsa is next in line to the throne after Vayne. He prefers a peaceful solution to the war between Rozarria and Arcadia. As well, Larsa is in favour of restoring the kingdom of Dalmasca and allowing Ashe to reclaim her throne.
Larsa is the younger brother of Vayne Solider. It appears that the Arcadian senate is in favour of him becoming the future emperor of Arcadia, rather than Vayne. As Larsa is still young, the senate feels that they can control him behind the scenes.
Character Developments (Spoilers)
Larsa goes out of his way to help Ashe and the resistance several times throughout the actual plot. He does not approve of his brother's plans and believes that his brother is taking the wrong approach in gaining the support of the kingdom of Dalmasca. Vayne prefers a military solution but Larsa on the other hand wants a peaceful resolution of the armed conflict.
Even though Larsa is heir to the empire, it appears that he is relatively modest and is not interested in oppressing the subjects of Arcadia. Rather, he supports Ashe's aim to reclaim her throne and occasionally attempts to aid the resistance whenever he can. Even if it means going against his brother Vayne.
