Jihl is one of the antagonists in FF XIII.
She is a PSICOM commander and Yaag Rosch is her right-hand man who is
second in command. A talented
officer, she graduated at the head of her class.
Jihl grew close to Sazh, as she was supervisor in
charge of Dajh's testing.
However, this was mainly a ruse used to gain access into the boy's l'Cie
abilities.
Character Developments
(Spoilers)
She takes her political motivations very seriously. The l'Cie are viewed as subhumans in her mind and captures Sazh and Vanille in Nautilus, using them as bait to draw the l'Cie out of hiding. Her plans backfire and eventually is disposed by Barthandelus.
