General Leo is a leading General of the Empire who serves the Empire well and is loyal to them for most of the game. He is a very strong and skilled fighter who has fought numerous battles for the Empire and even though he is a member of the Empire, he still manages to care more about the safety of his troops instead of carrying out certain deeds. However, later on in the game he does realize that the Empire has betrayed him and is doing more evil deeds that he thought and decides to confront Kefka by himself. Unfortunately, General Leo does die later on in the game, after Kefka defeats him, but he is nevertheless a strong-willed and determined fighter. He is only temporary playable in FFVI.
