There are numerous soldiers serving the Empire and they pop up quite frequently as enemies. For the most part, they have good defense, depending on what type of soldier you face and they are quite skilled in the art of the sword as well. However, while they have a strong-will, they are blindly loyal to the Empire, although some of them like to slack off during duty. Still, they are quite dominant enemies in the game and Gau can learn some good Rage skills from these people.
