Rosso
About (No Spoilers)
Rosso is known to be a crazy and dangerous psychotic. She was born in Deepground and is the 3rd member of the Tsviets, the elite unit of the Deepground SOLDIERs.
Character Developments (Spoilers)
Psychotic, Rosso enjoys inflicting great pain on people. Her crazy nature is due to her involvement in Deepground. She fought with Cloud during the WRO assault on Midgar and encounters Vincent in DoC at the top of the ruins of the old ShinRa building. She is also overconfident and has a big ego. Before Vincent could kill her, she decided to plummet to her own death.
