Story
The
storyline takes place in-between events that transpired in FFVII: Dirge of
Cerberus. The game does not really tell about any plot twists or any
of the epic sort that was existent in DoC. Lost Episode is about
Vincent and his struggle to save the world from the Deepground SOLDIERs and
goes to ShinRa mansion to find out the truth behind his past and the
mysteries behind Protomateria.
Gameplay
The game offers
a combination of both first and third person views. The controls are
sluggish and don't seem to be very comfortable on a mobile device. The
camera leaves a lot to be desired as well. The stages are
action-based, with you controlling Vincent from one point to another,
killing enemies and obtaining keycards. The weapons are the same from
DoC and there is little to add about gameplay in Lost episode. The
gameplay can be simply described as inconsistent and horribly unbalanced.
Lost episode is only recommended for fans of Vincent only. The game
offers little else in terms of storyline and what we have come to expect.
