This powerful GF can be obtained by entering the Deep Sea Research Facility on an island after getting the Ragnarok. To fight him, you have to successfully answer Bahamut’s questions and defeat a Ruby Dragon and once you defeat him, he will then join your party.

Special Move(s)

His attack is called “Mega Flare”, which he blasts fireballs at all enemies and then shoots a flare attack on all enemies causing large damage.
