During the battle with headmaster NORG, you can obtain Leviathan by drawing from NORG after his pod has been broken down, leaving NORG open to draw the GF from him.
His special attack is called “Tsunami” and climbs on the top of a massive cliff to unleash powerful waves of water, dealing water damage to all enemies.
