As one of the first GFs obtained in the game, Shiva can be obtained by going to the Study Panel in the homeroom of the Garden in the beginning of the game and by selecting Tutorial.
Her special move is called “Diamond Dust”, which is a powerful ice blast, which deals powerful Ice-elemental damage to all enemies.
