Ramza Beoulve
Not exactly a direct brother to Zalbag and Dycedarg but Ramza is still a half-brother to them as he was raised by a different mother. Ramza is the youngest son of Balbanes and is very close to his younger sister Alma. Ramza is the main character and hero of the game who prefers to justify means of fighting and struggles to bring peace and justice to the turmoil-ridden land of Ivalice. After believing that Delita died in the warehouse explosion earlier in the game, Ramza joins Gafgarion’s mercenary group in hopes of escaping his troubled life. Ramza is completely ignored by historians and the Church, who brands Ramza as a “heretic” due to his opposition and views towards the Church and actions. He valiantly struggles to save his sister Alma and restore peace to Ivalice. It is unknown about his final fate but later documents prove that Ramza is the real hero of the Lion War, not Delita.
